Paul Phipps is a Florida family law attorney and U.S. Army veteran who brings focus, preparation, and straight-talk to every case he handles. He represents clients throughout the Tampa Bay area in matters involving divorce, child custody and time-sharing, child support, paternity, domestic violence injunctions, and post-judgment modifications.

Before opening the Law Office of Paul Phipps, Paul built his legal career with a strong foundation in ethics, advocacy, and client communication. He has also taught college level ethics courses, reinforcing his commitment to integrity and professionalism in both the courtroom and the community.
