Paul Phipps is a Florida family law attorney and U.S. Army veteran who brings focus, preparation and straight talk to every case he handles.
Before opening the Law Office of Paul J. Phipps, Paul built his legal career on a strong foundation in ethics, advocacy and client communication. He has also taught college-level ethics courses, reinforcing his commitment to integrity and professionalism in the courtroom and the community.
Clients appreciate Paul’s practical approach, clear explanations and willingness to fight for what matters most: their children, their finances and their future. He understands that family law cases are deeply personal transitions, and he works to guide clients through them with confidence and clarity.
Outside the courtroom, Paul created Bearded Lawyer Training, an education platform that helps attorneys use modern tools and technology in their practices. Online he’s known as “The Bearded Lawyer” on TikTok and Facebook, sharing legal insights with humor and real-world perspective.
